Truly Works

Intermittent fasting has been a blessing in my life, and I've seen it work wonders for others. I remember my being pre-diabetic and overweight despite the fact that he was active. I told him about intermittent fasting and implementing the lifestyle changes taught in this book. He started fasting and within just a few weeks his levels were back to normal. Intermittent fasting works wonders and I believe it has the power to heal a lot of health conditions.
