Weight loss actually seems achievable!

So many other books about weight loss sound good. I get excited about what they have to say, but when it comes to actually implementing what those books say to do........umm...turns out the info all sounded good, but it's not very do-able. I have a busy life and I need something that will help me achieve my weight loss goals that will actually fit into my busy life of working and raising kids. This book has tips for quick meal prep--which I can actually do! It's not like I'm lazy and just choose not to do the weight loss things in other books. No, my scheduled is actually waaaay to hectic and I don't have time to make those super intricate meals in other books. But this book...this book I can do!

Great guide to meal prepping

Great book

The book is well written and informative. The author explains how to chooe the right plan for you, the batch prepping plan and how to effectively meal prep. The author further explains about body composition, metabolic rate and syndrome, body temperatures, weights and meaning of numbers while losing weight. I loved the mindset changes towards the end of the book that can be applied to every area of life as well as the bonus recipes.

Not jus for women!

As I'm on a serious keto diet since almost a month ago but I'm working a lot so I do not have much time to cook I was looking for content like this to help me how to "meal prep".

This book helped me a lot with how to portion the sizes as I'm a man I eat a bit more and I need more calorie intake than women but I can easily calculate the sizes and quantities for myself. On my day offs I'm able to cook healthy food in advance for 4-5 which is amazing. I can even put in the freezer some of the yummy food and use or eat it the next week.

Thanks to the author I'm much more organized and prepared with my diet which helped a lot in losing weight so YES it is definitely recommended content!

Incredibly Practical

I've read a few meal prepping books and I'm usually left wondering about the quantities. I really loved the fact that this book comes with a sort of guide for quantities and how much of fat, for example, is in each. I am finding that very useful. I also enjoyed the fact that the author tells us useful information about the different recipes like how long they store for either frozen or in the fridge. Highly recommended!

Great book for losing weight.

I have listened a few books on meal planning, particularly those that are concerned with weight loss, and I've found that a lot of them are just so absurdly complex that they overwhelm the reader right away. This book is well-narrated and offers several options that you can modify for allergies or special diets. The dishes are excellent and easy to make.
