Giving yourself Grace!

This audiobook was genuinely inspiring, and it resonated with me a lot. I am often my worst critic, and it is hard when you are trying to succeed, and nothing is happening the way you anticipated, then you start to think negatively, which is unhealthy for your mental well-being. This audiobook has helped me to show myself gratitude and to be kind to myself; it also gave me helpful techniques to practice in my everyday life so I can begin to heal and practice self-compassion.

An Excellent Book!

The act of being kind to yourself sometimes seems like a lost art. I am guilty of this just like everyone else because I don't take the time to focus enough on myself. This book is the perfect way for me to listen to positive talk that can help me remember to be kind and love myself. Great daily resource

Fascinating and educational

This is the book that will get you through it. When you need a guiding light, this audiobook will be your beacon. It really does take you step by step towards overcoming your fears and insecurities so that you can begin to start loving yourself again. This is a epidemic in our society today. Love starts within

This wonderful listen is packed with snippets of wisdom that made me reflect on how I treat myself. I never realised that my inner dialogue was so harmful, and going through these pages I was able to change my outlook and begin to alter my mindset to be more compassionate toward myself. This, in turn, has already shown to affect other areas of my life. It has also increased my sense of self and is turning me into a more confident person. I will definitely be revisiting the content of this listen - a perfect book to add to your personal development collection.

Great topic, great book!

Topic Self-compassion I believe what is missing in the world right now. Living in the end times is not an accident, it is because humanity lost many internal values and one of them is self-compassion and self-love. In the world of economics, commerce, competition driving people crazy. So, it is easy to go hard on yourself and forget what self-compassion is. However, it does not matter how financially successful a person is, you have to be same time be peaceful and joyful individual. My personal point of view is, the author of this book has brought incredible value to the table and made difference in internal human engineering to be a peaceful and joyful human being.....
