Full of good and unexpected advice

Got this audiobook for my boyfriend as he's been feeling super low on energy lately, and it has so much advice, and not the type of advice you'd hear everywhere else. He's just starting implementing some of the tips so it's too early to tell but we've definitely learned a lot and would recommend this book.

Such important information

There are some many books centred around how hormones effect women's bodies and minds, however, this was the first audiobook that i have listened to which focused on how hormones effect men's bodies and minds. It was interesting to learn that there are various hormonal shifts which occur at different stages of life. This would certainly be a useful listen for anybody wanting to understand how chemical messagers manage various bodily functions which occur each day. It was facasinating to gain a deeper understand of biology. The guide was very well-written and easy to follow.
