Reassuring, Practical Guidance

This was a straightforward no-nonsense guide to managing your anxiety, and stress, through proven and practical mindfulness exercises. The author does a great job of helping you identify the source of your stress, and relies on proven strategies to offer a series of exercises that not only help you identify and map your anxiety. but methods for resolving, and treating your stress without the need for invasive medications or expensive therapy sessions. The Narrator also does a phenomenal job relaying the content in a way that is easy to understand, and listen to. Healing content!
