not for the faint of heart

It's probably tempting to listen to the audio all the way through; that won't help you at all. You have to do the work. It's not about learning something from the book, it's about plumbing your own depths. You have to stop the audio and think/write down from the prompts. If you are willing to do that, this is a life changing audio program.
