Loaded with information

This audiobook is awesome for cleaning up your body and mind. Super helpful and eye-opening! It helps you spot sugar triggers, handle cravings, and switch to natural sugars from fruits and veggies. I've learned a lot about how much sugar we eat, its bad effects, and the health issues linked to it. Additionally, I love that there are Anti-Inflammatory Recipes included, making it a breeze to stay healthy. Seriously, a must-listen if you're trying to kick sugar and live better.

Sugar is the devil

I knew sugar is bad for you, but with almost everything we eat having sugar, we eat too much of it. Gatorade has sugar and doesn't even taste like it. I love this book and how it explains the Detox in a manner where anyone can do it and in a step-by-step method. I also agree with the diet because when I juiced for 40 days and began eating again, I notice the meat from a certain restaurant with the letters M and C making my head hurt. When you eat clean and go back to dirt your body will know the difference. There isn't anything wrong with going vegan.

Very helpful!!

The author has provided extensive information and advice on reducing sugar in your diet and the reasons why it is so important.
It was fascinating to hear how much sugar we can consume on a daily basis without even realising.

I love the detox plan which is very helpful and the recipes sound yummy. ..can't wait to get started!

interesting, educational, good narration

I enjoyed this audio.
The 10 day sugar detox challenge is a basic look into getting started with breaking up with sugar.
It’s widely known that too much sugar is one of the leading causes of illness, including diabetes and obesity.
Hearing it again particularly in such a concise and well put together short book can be very useful.
I recommend this audiobook.

Breaking up with sugar for 2023

I was thinking about my 2023 goals and I wanted to be able to learn to eat less sugar sucessfully. I liked that the audiobook came with a pdf of healthly recipes and I enjoyed trying the banana pancakes. It was interesting to note that sugar is linked to inflammation in the body. The audiobook helped to change the way I view sugar and I hope to try the sugar detox after the Christmas season. Thank you!

I Love This Book!

I have known for decades how dangerous sugar is for my body, especially the risk of processed foods and the various forms of sugar that companies add to our food, but this knowledge couldn't stop me from eating that large tube of ice cream every time I craved it! However, the 10-day sugar detox challenge given by the author Siskov, who's also a nutritionist and health coach, helped me enormously with my cravings!
It was fun to do this challenge and try the new sugar-free recipes that the book offers, along with a workbook to enhance the journey—highly recommended!

Will change how you think about sugar

I like that this was a very practical and informative challenge. Practical from the point of view of helping you identify sugar in the foods we eat, even when there is no label to tell you just how much is there.

I’m not just taking the challenge but will def be implementing things as part of my daily diet going forward.

Informative and useful

Lots of insight and useful advice, how to break your sugar addiction and loose weight. Amongst all the other benefits explained eliminating sugar. The author has also included 30 anti inflammatory recipes which will help you get started . Looking forward to the challenge after Christmas !

Informative listen!

Learnt so much from this audiobook. It a 10 day program which educated me on how to break sugar addiction and its benefits of doing so. The final chapter on anti-inflammatory recipes were quite cool in getting started with this sugar detox challenge.

10 Day Investment- Mindful Eating

After the death of my wife’s battle against cancer, I woke up and found myself weighing a ripe 197 pounds, and no matter what I did, the weight remained.
