Makes it easier for me.
I like how this audiobook really helps me transition to a more plant based diet. It provides a lot of explanation and information that helps me understand and appreciate what such a diet would be a healthier option for me & my husband. Easy to follow
This is a great guide that goes into great detail about the benefits of a plant-based diet for your mental and physical well-being. The book highlights many foods and meals that you can enjoy and that are easy to make, I recommend this to anybody looking to improve their health.

Informative and Clear!
The audibook breaks down the diet plans and how plant base food makes healthy and affect different aspect the environment and a way to improve my health of middle age persons. Plant based eating food are based only plants, it is to proportionally switch to food with plant based to help reduce diseases. It provides the different types of diet avaible to help middle aged persons like me. The book is clear and Candid!

Offers clarity when going plant based
I found this book really useful for helping to decide which plant-based diet to choose, there are so many options and it is hard to know where to start. Do you go all in and go vegan or do you ease in with a flexitarian diet? This book can help you make that decision and gives you the pros and cons of each diet, so you can create a pathway to healthy plant-based eating that works for you without having to wade through lots of information.

Fabulous!
I enjoyed listening to this book. As a meat lover, I was always very curious about plant-based eating and how vegetarians survive and have enough energy for living. This book gives me guidelines on how to start a plant-based eating habit and why it's good for my overall physical and mental health. Also, it provides me with some supplements to take to meet my daily requirements for vitamins and minerals, protein, etc.
