For a strong diet!

Excellent audiobook on plant-based living!! Although it was a quick listen, the book covered all the essential information one needs before making the switch to a plant-based diet. What really impressed me was the narrator's exceptional delivery. They spoke clearly and directly, making it easy for me to grasp and follow along. Fascinating short listen about plant based basics

Having worked as a personal trainer for 10+ years, I wanted a short audiobook to learn more about why I would potentially look to move to a plant-based diet - this was an incredibly fascinating short listen, full of facts and advice that would help you start your journey to a plant-based diet. The chapter on meat and dairy alternatives was eye-opening and gave me the confidence I could make the transition easily and transition to the healthiest alternative. I have always struggled before with this so it was great to get some advice on this. I recommend it to all my clients thinking about doing the same as they will all learn a great amount from this. Highly recommended.
