Summary
Things are about to get interesting.
Now that I know what Dracula has planned for me, the pressure is on. Failure is hardly an option.... At the same time, if I'm supposed to one day preside over the Wallachian Vampires, how am I supposed to prove myself to those that are centuries older than me? I have to get stronger, be smarter. I have to succeed.
Meanwhile, my rivals in House Wolf seem likely to call off the truce at any moment. Actually, that's the least of my worries. It turns out that there are legendary beings from other worlds trying to steal the Netherveil away from Dracula—and it's going to be my job to help defend it.

Excellent Sequel
Really strong second installment which picks up right after volume 1 and brings a lot more meat to the story with a heavy focus of exploring the supernatural history and presence of earth.
Virgil Knightley has been killing it recently and this is the first series of his i listened to after reading Monster Masseur & Master Class.
Patrick Dubois & Hannah Blaire again provide excellent narration after recently listening to them preform Flame Dancer by Hercules West.
My only complaint was that this second book was significantly shorter the the first book and left me wanting more from this volume. Hopefully we won't have to wait to long for book 3 to be released.

Genius
Barrett's evil plan is absolutely brilliant! I really want to see his monster army in action. Also this has got to be one of the funniest/best renditions of Dracula I've encountered in years. Fabulous book. I would love to give more than five stars if I could.

At my request I received a copy of this audiobook in order to give a fair and unbiased review
Genre: Vampire fantasy school harem romance slice of life
Power dynamics in harem: Everyone has strong opinions, they can be very pushy, but MC is the central character
Explicit/adult material: Explicit, hot. Vampires, humans and not-just-human vampires.
Summary:
Barret Bradshaw and his girls are into more action at the school. A competition to test the students is being held and the teachers have big plans.
Narrators
Voice diversity: Great. Every character has their own voices and are easy to recognise.
Pacing and intonation: Extremely well done. Arguments sound like arguments and fight scenes carry you away.
Sex scenes: Very well done.
Overall: 5 / 5 stars.
The book’s strengths.
- The writing. Silly and fun with tons of references.
- The girls have agency and go for what they want.
- The girls have personalities and flaws.
- The narration
The book’s weaknesses.
- I would have liked stronger punishment for the character that crosses a line
