Really powerful and well articulated book
I wasn't keen on the speed of narration at the beginning but when the pace smoothed out, I could focus on the message.
I am part of a mindfulness group and this brilliantly complemented the teachings. it is easily accessible to all and overall great.

Very informative
Very informative, contains a lot of information to compliment mindfulness practice. I found a far greater understanding once I had actually started practicing mindfulness meditation and for a period of time.

Lifechanging Book
Narrator was brilliant, this book shows you things that you and your body does that we fail to notice and take for granted and how much unnecessary stress we put ourselves under. It opens you up to a new way of being.

A re-definition of the concept of meditation
These reflections and opportunities for practice are well worth a listen, whether familiar with or new to mindfulness. I particularly enjoyed the references to literature, poetry, philosophy and art throughout the discussion, which provided vivid and memorable examples. I will definitely return to these recordings again and again.

What a wonderful human being
Would be great to have the guided meditations bookmarked as chapters, though it's easy enough to book mark them for future reference.
Defiantly a book I will listen to more than once.
This practice is life changing. This book is a wonderful, Jon Kabat-Zin is an incredibly warm and gentle guide full of wisdom and includes some beautiful poetry to illustrate the learning.
