Summary
Grady
A preacher’s son. I’ve done everything I can to defy his rules. Reckless, destructive, immoral. But after all this, there’s only one thing I haven’t allowed myself to indulge in...him.
Ryan
A welder's son. I’ve done everything I can to make him proud. Hardworking, loyal, strong. I’ve accomplished all his dreams while denying my own. But there was only one thing I’ve ever wanted...him.

Absolutely loved it
Grady and Ryan have been friends forever however one night Grady kisses Ryan and Ryan runs. Fast forward 7 years and circumstances throw them together and they can’t deny their feelings but Ryan is still apprehensive. A fabulous MM with angst plenty of humour and 2 friends that were meant for each other.

Audiobook obsession reviewer, flock reviewer
I love Nicole Dykes books because they give so many feels while reading them and this one was next level on the feelings page. The raw chemistry between the main characters was exceptional and the bond they shared was amazing. I loved how they finally found what they needed in each other and how they worked together.
The narration for me added so many layers, it enhanced my emotional response and made this an absolutely amazing experience to listen to.

Great
I love how these characters are so uncertain in the beginning. They are perfect for each other, but don’t realise until quite some time passes. The dynamic of the relationship is complicated, but perfect for each other. A fantastic performance from both narrators.

A second chance for Grady and Ryan 💙💙
Two besties that kiss! Well, that was until one of them freaked out. Years later, destiny brings them together. I loved Grady’s feistiness and how he would back up. Ryan was too much in his head, overthinking everything. They complemented each other in the best ways. They’re both go getters, stars all on their own. I liked every step they took and how the author manage the story to be relatable even if the MCs are super stars. Also, great narration!

An enjoyable & easy listen
I will be the first to admit that this review is definitely biased based on the fact that I listened to Hostile right before this. I actually had no clue this book was Nicole's first MM romance (clearly I have been unknowingly working backwards through her books), and knowing that now, it's definitely apparent.
That's not to say this wasn't an enjoyable listen, but the story itself wasn't quite as polished as I have come to expect from Nicole's more recent books. But if you want a relatively easy read or listen, with little to no angst that has:
-Friends-to-Strangers-to-Insta Lovers
-Rockstar/Sports Romance
-Second chance
And can cruise through some not-so-perfect parts, the HEA is worth it!

Great listen!
Nicole Dykes never disappoints. Every book includes a little angst, a lot of passion and a fantastic couple. Never easy, we get to engage in their journey. Grady and Ryan were best friends in high school. After a passionate kiss, Ryan abruptly leaves and the two begin to follow their dreams. Ryan a successful baseball player and Grady a famous rockstar the two are in the public eye. Now 7 years later, they cross paths again, and we get to see if the passion is still there. This is when the fun begins. These two have quite a few obstacles, and as they make their way, it is both frustrating and beautiful! Dykes also adds in a few characters we love to hate! It is a great listen.
Christian Black and Dash Coleman bring this story to life. Each brought the essential emotions to the story to make their characters realistic and believable. I enjoyed both of their portrayals and look forward to hearing more from each of them.

perfect friends to lovers romance
I've been wanting to read this book for a while, especially after Grady and Ryan featuring in the background of other books I've read.
This was a fast-paced friends to lovers book with all the spice and all the sweet and swoony moments you could ever want.
Grady and Ryan are perfect for each other they seamlessly started their relationship as they already had a strong connection from knowing each other all of their lives.
I loved the side characters and am so excited for Waylon's story.

MM Romance
Immoral by Nicole Dykes is a MM romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Christian Black and Dash Coleman.
This is the third book of Nicole's that I have read, and it won't be my last. She does an amazing job pulling me into the story and making me feel what the characters are feeling. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Grady and Ryan. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
Christian and Dash did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like MM romances, sports romances, rockstar romances, or contemporary romances.

Awww
‘𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙. 𝘼𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚.’
Ahhhhh! I loved Grady & Ryan SO MUCH!
In the last year, my horizons have really expanded, and I really started reading MM, so when I heard that the author was giving us a sports/rockstar MM, I KNEW I was gonna need to read it.
If you’ve loved any of her other works, it’s still her style, that twist of angst, and characters that practically crawl off the page and beg for you to love them.
I’m not one to say no to love, so here I am, embracing them with all of me.
All the stars for these sweet best friends.
