Good to have Magnus back

This is a welcome new number in the Magnus series. Brilliantly narrated as always by Sean Barrett and there were some twists in the plot that kept us guessing. Interesting to hear about the British occupation of Iceland too. But it is shorter and slighter than some others in the series so not quite a 5 from me.

Another Icelandic delight from Michael Ridpath

A really good narrator, Sean Barrett, brought the story to life. The landscape perhaps played less of a part than in the previous Magnus novels, but the familiar characters were more than able to carry the plot forward. Very enjoyable.
