What I like about "Understanding Women's Gut Health" by Julia Morena is that it go's into such detail explaining how important gut health really is. It also provides common sense solutions, by informing us about the proper nutrition, supplements and alternative ways we can heal ourselves from the many disorders that gut problems lead to. Gut health made easy

This was an interesting listen, with information laid out in a clear and concise way, making it easy to understand. The gut anatomy part was a good refresher, but I particularly enjoyed learning about microbiota and how it affects all aspects of our health and well-being, including gut-brain connection. It also provides helpful tools such as nutrition modifications we can make to improve our gut (therefore our overall) health.
