I learnt a lot from this and will put into work

easy to follow, great narrator and considering I'm a personal trainer, I found a lot of new information that will really help me and my own clients. A must listen if you suffer with depression and need to understand how you self medicate or just want great insight into how to live a happier life through holistic wellness. No need for medication when you can self medicate through the chapters included in this audible.
