Beautiful meditation guide
Would you listen to The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire again? Why?
We are one with the universe. One part of the whole.This has a very well laid out meditation guide in chapter 4 which I have started listening to regularly.Deepak Chopra talks about the Sutras and what they mean in very simple terms. A good guide for starting a spiritual meditation to help combat stress. The rest of the book can be a bit of a heavy reading/listening at times. This might be because Deepak has read it in a monotone (I am used to listening to Louise Hays style of narration and find it more engaging) . That's the only reason I have taken one star off. But for chap 4 meditation guide alone I would think this book is worth reading and listening to again and again.

The part where he talks about how just as a plant grows in the direction of light (Heliotrophy) so do we move in the direction of the universal light

Worth persevering
Like some other reviewers, I think it is worth listening to this more than once. Each time I listen I feel like I understand more and the ideas make more sense. Deepak has a good reading voice and explains complex ideas well. I hope to benefit from the insights he has shared.

Incredibly inspiring and actionable
I bought this book after listening to Deepak's course on The Nature of Reality, and it's a wonderful exploration intot he principles governing our universe and pir existence in it. Listening to and applying these teachings has helped to shift my perception and reduce anxiety about the stage of life I am in a matter of days. Highly recommend the book! The more people have this awareness the better off our world will be.
