Well worth a read
Excellent book, really enjoyed it. Gets you thinking about the way you behave in life. It's only a few hours long so it doesn't take too long to complete it. Will listen to the book now again so that I may absorb all the information it has to offer.

Beautifully empowering
A captivating read both in delivery and content.
As an audio book it functioned as a personal meditation through my week.
Will return to elements often to continue same meditative practice.

A book a listen to many times
this is a very powerful book for me.
The principals resonate I do my best to live by them and teach them to my son, nieces and nephews and share them with anyone who's open to listening.
