Diverse Holistic Healing
“Somatic Therapy” gives us another means of healing whatever ails us. In Somatic Therapy the whole self will s considered. What you think, how you feel, and what ids do physically ailing you are examined to find a solution to your problem. So if my back hurts me periodically, what is going on around me during these times? Is there a pattern to when my back hurts? Does it hurt after an argument? When I am depressed? All is considered in Somatic Therapy. The diverse part comes in because of the holistic nature of the therapy. An interesting read for anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Comprehensive book
I loved the tone of this book and I’m very happy that it comes with a journal and other tools. It’s an all in one which is very helpful when working on yourself. I was pleased to see the pdf attached. I prefer to listen than read but when it comes to do the work, it’s great to have it in writing too.

A new chapter
Life is full of highs and lows. Sometimes it's easier just to push your feelings aside and not deal with any traumatic events. This audiobook encourages the listener to use the tools described with compassion to face bad memories head-on and heal both mind and body. It was interesting to learn about the concept of 'body memory'. The audiobook also contained case studies and there was a pdf version of the book if you enjoy reading and listening to new information.

An Essential Guide for Trauma Relief
After listening to this audiobook, I now have a better sense of my anxiety and emotional trauma. Not realizing it, much of the negative experiences and emotions get stored up in the body. Learning how to move the stick energy is a vital part of this process. There are a plethora of tools, techniques, and journal prompts that help facilitate this journey. I am grateful for the time and effort that went into creating this work and highly recommend it to others.

Powerful Guide to Healing the Soul
I absolutely love this audiobook that brings you three amazing books in one! After only listening to this one time through so far, I am already amazed at how interconnected I feel between my mind, body, and soul. There is so much goodness in this compilation. I truly appreciated the tools that are provided to release anxiety and help bring an inner calm to me. I loved chapter 3 that teaches all about increasing your mindfulness through body scanning and reap the benefits of stress reduction, pain management, emotional release, and overall increased body awareness. Three wonderful audiobooks all in one.

Great Guide

The best help for my PTSD
I found this audiobook when I needed it most. After the loss of my son over 20 years ago, I put off taking care of myself and began healing. I have laughed and cried more in the past few days and I feel so much more alive for it. This audiobook will help you. First, you have to be ready for healing. Once you are, grab this audiobook. Hopefully, you don't wait as long as I did. Great book!

A Great Introduction to Somatic Therapy
As someone new to somatic therapy, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this book has been a fantastic listen. I’ve always struggled with anxiety and emotional blockages (even thought I really didn't know what those were), and I was curious to see if this approach could help. The book breaks down the concepts in a way that’s easy to understand, even if you’re just starting out.
