Helpful resource for every teen
As a teenager, choosing a career path can feel overwhelming. The constant pressure to make the right choice and the uncertainty of the future can be paralyzing. But this book is such a great help. Inspirational and practical
I loved how this book starts with such an inspirational - and true- story! It immediately caught the attention of my nephew!
It’s a wonderful guide, with clear and engaging narration that sheds a light on the variety of career options, many of which I know teens just don’t think about, whether college, trade school, or online courses. It includes how to develop essential job skills, that their personal strengths matter and these can lead to a successful future.
It does a great job of pulling everything together brings with clear and actionable advice on assessing personality, interests, skills, and hobbies, making complex topics easy to understand but also engaging.
The inclusion of real-life success stories works really well and definitely adds an inspiring touch, and really work well. They certainly motivated my nephew (and nieice) to start thinking about how they might be able to pursue their passions. I just love that its passions and strength rather than any job.
It’s a well-structured and the bonus PDF version is a great reference to have for ongoing use.
Wish I had a chance to listen to it when I was a teen. It a very good book!
