Gives a good overall understanding of Depression
Although this book gives a good overall explanation and understanding of Depression, the answers to overcome it are way too simplified and assume a certain level of confidence and physical ability, and pushes the CBT approach to recovery over all other approaches.Nevertheless I found sections of the book very helpful.

Very happy to listen this great book.
I want to be mindful of this activity manual sooner. Right now age most pros will essentially fill you with drugs without suggesting treatment.
