Summary
London in the 1960s: gang wars, corrupt police, vice and pornography. VERY, VERY GOOD
Now that I have finished both books written by a barrister, and to use a cliche (and I was told never to use cliche's at Pitman's training college) ... "It blew me away".
It was the absolute perfect combination of author, Simon Michael and narrator, Colin Mace. Thank you both for creating such literary perfection and voice acting. See my review for An Honest Man. Even more superb.

Fun listen
Nice little listen, fun story with plenty of twists and turns. Highly recommended if you fancy a good old crime story.

Good story and the author manages to convey his obvious knowledge of the law without boring boring reader/ listener. Excellent narration. More please.

Thoroughly enjoyable book
This was a thoroughly enjoyable and very well read book. The story is entirely plausible with nothing far fetched, and so clearly written from the author’s personal experience. It was hard to put down! Highly recommended.

Good story, great narration
A hugely enjoyable story and perfectly delivered by Colin Mace. Simon Michael weaves a good plot within the atmosphere of 1960s London and the world of the barristers’ chambers. A quality listen.
