If you value yourself then read this book
We all need to learn how to say no gracefully at some point in our lives. Some more than others and this book tells you how. It’s especially useful for diehard people pleasers and parents that are easily manipulated. It’s a very short read full of lots of goodness.

Important book to enhance your self-image
Digestible, practical, and with good examples. I recommend it to people who struggle to say no in general life, although the book covers different aspects in life, but not in advance way.

Good book, with some subtlety.
Decent book on assertiveness with some simple examples of different scenarios where the listener may be stronger or weaker at drawing boundaries, as such it demonstrates a degree of subtlety.
