boundaries for Christians - if you're not Christian I would just give this a miss
it's good of you're Christian but for those who are not it's biblical part starts to get annoying.

Amazing Clarity
I've watched Henry Cloud on line and have found his insight thought provoking, practical and relational. I highly recommended this book if your on your jounery or if your just starting out on creating your own personal boundries. Don't stop here keep reading and keep getting stronger and fortifying your life and emotions.

This book is a must have!
This book deals with all aspects of life - every type of relationship you could think of.... . this book teaches you how to politely set boundaries. The book shows you when/how to say yes and no politely. The book gives scenarios on how things can turn out when you say yes to things just to please others and how they can turn out if you say no to protect your peace, time family etc. You just have to read/listen to it yourself. I bought it on audible.

Too religious for me
Didn't realise it would be so Christian. Don't have issues with it if that's your jam but the constant Bible references put me off so didn't get through it all. Should have looked at the reviews before downloading. Seems ok otherwise, if you're religious.

Excellent wisdom from God on Boundaries
I really enjoyed the role playing sections, it helped to illustrate the methodology. I enjoyed the whole book and I need to go listen again and note the scriptures to meditate on.
I had some aha moments with regards to certain relationships in my life which is fantastic. Very deep learning here and inner work as well if you are willing to go there.

Worth every second
I enjoyed reading this and I highly recommend it to everyone struggling to find balance in their lives. If you are constantly weighed down by others' actions or unable to wiggle out of difficult requests, you may find this useful.

Must read in any seasons of life
We read this as part of our bookclub during covid. It’s practical, insightful, thoroughly enjoyed learning through each chapter. I’ve managed to finish it in its entirety but it’s one to keep going back to as a resource in the future depending on what season you’re in.
