Brilliant book. Highly recommended.
I’m gonna be honest…before I listened to this audiobook this morning, I was a bag of nervous energy and anxiety and ruminating on all of the things that people had done to wrong me throughout my life. I had no set direction for healing or strategies to let them go.
I’ve listened to this book start to finish and already I feel like a huge weight has been lifted, and feel that I now have the strategies to help me get rid of these traumas and feelings for good.
I only did the exercises quickly in my head as I was listening along so far, but even that helped and made me understand more.
I’ll be going back through part 3 and writing them all out and doing them properly.

Not for me
Focused mainly on letting go of personal mistakes the guilt of hurting others, but very briefly touched upon letting go of painful memories of other hurting you or the anger and resentment that comes from that
