About this listen
Caffeine à la corpse, anyone?
The last thing Stacie Maroni expected to find in the break room was a dead guy. And even worse, a dead guy with her name, phone number, and office location in his pocket. If that’s not bad enough, a fellow member of the foundation she spearheads seems to be missing in action. Although these events don’t seem to be linked, Stacie is in the thick of things and sleuthing for her life. At least the two mysteries distract her from the attention of, and her attraction to, the handsome detective.
Mystery, suspense, and romance.

I love Stacie and O’Hare!
Another suspenseful mystery in this series. I love Stacie, she is absolutely fantastic, but I love the strong, dependable, protective and sweet O’Hare even more. They are perfect together. Naomi Rose-Mock narrates the book wonderfully.
A review copy of this book was sent to me by the author. All of the above opinions are my own.

Excellent cozy mystery
When Stacie finds a dead man in terms break room at work it is the beginning of a entertaining mystery. Great plot, great characters, a well written story. This is a great series that improves with each book. Naomi Rose-Mock is the best narrator for this series

Yet another enjoyable book in this series
This was yet another fun listen in the series. I do love the way Stacie solves mysteries that the police can't. It is not serious and just what I needed sometimes. I often go back and re-listen to the series. Although it could be listened as a one off I do think you would get more from the series if you listened to the series in order.
The narration really suits and works and you cant tell that it is only one person which I like in an audio.
I was given a free copy by the author but this did not impact my review.

Stacey Maroni
Another great short mystery story from Crista Nardi. This time after finding a dead body in the canteen Stacey gets embroiled in the investigation. Finding clues that the police miss help her to bring the perpetrator to justice. Naomi does a great job of the narration bring all the characters to life and keeps the whole story moving along apace. Recommended listen.

More trouble for Stacie and her friends
I enjoyed this book. If you are looking for a helpless female who always gets into trouble while investigating a mystery then this isn't for you. If you want a sensible, capable grown up, who isn't afraid to ask for help, then dive in and join Stacie and her protective friends as they get involved in another murder. Stacie doesn't really go out interviewing suspects and a lot of it gets investigated by other people, What that means is Stacie is the target and provides the clues or information for the police to unravel and up date her. I really like the friendship between the characters, even ex's care about what happens to her, she is that likeable a character. Well except the killer. The mystery was interesting and once again involved the foundation. This doesn't mean you have to have read the previous books in the series to enjoy but it does give you a better understanding if you have. Looking forward to the next mystery
Stacie returns to work after a holiday to find a dead man in her break room. She and her colleagues don't recognise him but her knee her. He has her name and phone number on him. The police also discover photos of her in his apartment. Why was he so interested in her? Then a stranger introduces herself to Stacie, her boyfriend a fellow board member from the foundation is missing and he said it he ever got into trouble to seek Stacie out for help. Stacie's own protection is called into question when she starts receiving hang ups. Can she and her friends work out the connection?
I liked the narrator. She does some interesting voices to bring the characters to life.
