Great Book About Juicing

This audiobook is not just about weight loss, It's also about living a healthier life. The author explains everything form the different kinds of juicers and how to clean them properly. The author gives you the different vegetables and fruits what their nutritional values are and their benefits. How not to waste any part of the vegetables and fruits even the pulp. There are some great tips, tricks and some great recipes. The author also goes over some mistakes first time juicers make. It's very easy to follow and understand. The narrator does a great job. Highly Recommend

Great audible to start my juicing career! Step by step guide on how to juice, what to juice and why we juice. Great aid to support my weight loss journey and recover some much needed gut flora as well! Highly recommended.

Great way to get your fruits and veggies!

I didn’t realize there are different juicers. This audiobook explained the options thoroughly. I found it helpful to hear about the different juice plans depending on your health goal. I learned that we could juice, as needed, for a simple condition like a cold.

An easy way to consume fruits and veg

I buy lots of fruit and put them in the fruit bowl...where it tends to stay uneaten. However, I do really like juices. So, I bought a juicer to make sure I use up my fruit and vegetables. I like that the audiobook discussed the nutritional values of different fruits, vegatables and herbs. One surprising fact to me was that you can add cabbage to a juice receipe. The audiobook also has cool receipes for you to try for yourself. I look forward to trying some of them out.

Easy recipes for juicing

I've been dabbling with using juices in my weight loss journey, but it's been a bit blurry because the information I've been getting up until now seemed to contradict. I loved that this book put everything for me in one place. Now I'm using juices for weight loss, but I see a time when I'll be using them to keep healthy and I like that I can still use this book. The recipes are something else! Highly recommended.
