The basic information in the book.

It is very informative and has all the basic information in the book. The book starts out with clear and concise information regarding what bodily function each nutrient is needed for and the approximate range a person on dialysis should stay within which was extremely helpful. This book is an excellent resource.

Great book, I really liked everything.

It has a realistic way to teach woman about the intermittent fasting of the things, tips, and guides including popular fasting methods and how it can change your life for the better. A simple approach to our over confusing mind clutter about dieting. Educational. The author expanded on what we already do while we sleep. He pointed out the benefits of extending the fast period once or twice a week.
