Simple and easy

I like the simple and straight forward approach. I also like the menus the author has made for each state of body...immunity, thyroid and kidney stones. The recipes that I have tried are very tasty! I would highly recommend this book for all the above reasons

Listening to it is really worth the time.

Listening to it is really worth the time. It’s a diet I’ve never tried before but it seems really interesting to try. It recommends foods for weight loss and headaches and fatigue. It made me realize that I should pay attention to my health more and eating fewer process foods.

A good and well-written book


A good and well-written book that explains thoroughly the Alkaline Diet. Also you will find quick useful healthy recipes very easy to prepare! Someone mentioned to me about the alkaline diet. I looked at several books on the diet. Some was above my head but this one was written so that the thought of the alkaline diet sounded reachable.
