Summary
Richard Reed built Innocent Drinks from a smoothie stall on a street corner to one of the biggest brands in Britain. He credits his success to four brilliant pieces of advice, each given to him just when he needed them most.
Ever since, it has been Richard's habit, whenever he meets somebody he admires, to ask them for their best piece of advice. If they could tell him just one thing, what would it be?
Richard has collected pearls of wisdom from some of the most remarkable, inspiring and game-changing people in the world - in business, tech, philanthropy, politics, sport, art, spirituality, medicine, film, and design.
From Hollywood greats like Judi Dench and Richard Curtis, to entrepreneurial legends like Richard Branson and Simon Cowell; from sports stars and TV personalities like Andy Murray and James Cordon to political activists and born survivors like Mandela's Comrades and Katie Piper, Richard has picked some of the world's most interesting brains to give you a lesson in how to live, how to love, how to create and how to succeed.

If I could tell you one thing , but this book
it's a book you can listen to for its entirety or just 5 mins at a time. Some great examples of top advice from very successful people. Let's face it , who wants to hear advice from those who haven't been there and got the T shirt. I give it 100% Tony Preston 'helping men find authenticity'.

original idea
enjoyable and motivating listen, some good insights into inspirational people. It's an easy listen and it's fascinating the wisdom that drives people to success. I congratulate the author because all proceeds to the book go to charity.

Sweet and thoughtful
It is what it says on the tin; a collection of advice from all sorts of people. A handful of really great ones, that stand out from the rest, hidden amongst the rest, which are what you would expect. Sweet, easy to listen to. Not world shakingly brilliant which is why I gave this a 4 but a nice read :)

Close but no cigar
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Yes, but only just. I generally like these sort of books but this one didn't quite have the depth required. A shame really as the basic idea is sound. Alistair Campbell's Winners is a much better read.

Love the idea of the book but
Enjoyable story but Richard reed's voice was not the most enjoyable voice to listen to I'm afraid.
