A 2016 study compared four different types of meditation, and found that they each have their own unique benefits.
During body scan, for example, participants saw the biggest increases in how aware they were of their bodies (unsurprisingly) and the sharpest decline in the number of thoughts they were having, particularly negative thoughts and thoughts related to the past and future. Loving-kindness meditation led to the greatest boost in their feelings of warmth and positive thoughts about others. Meanwhile, observing-thought meditation seemed to increase participants’ awareness of their thoughts the most. Previous research also suggests that observing-thought meditation has an advantage in reducing our judgmental attitude toward others.

No more worries
Before I started listening to this audiobook I used to stay up at night thinking about each of the problems I had to solve or thinking about plans to get some benefit, this only resulted in insomnia and many hours of lost sleep, which damaged my health. This type of audiobook is so effective that it teaches you to keep stress and aggression in a middle point, not grabbing rages, this is very helpful because it guides us when we face our lives face to face and this is something I really like.

My life was transformed
My life was completely transformed because I went back to sleep comfortably. I was suffering from insomnia for more than 7 years which were the worst years of my life, but thanks to this audiobook, I have gone back to sleep, and insomnia no longer exists in my life. To be able to sleep with the quality that I do today is simply incredible.

I really benefited to listen this audible.
This audiobook will show you how to relax your mind and use affirmations to relieve anxiety. Meditation can assist you in falling asleep and waking up feeling energized. Thanks author for sharing this audible. It contains a variety of good meditation techniques for people from all facets of life, and it can help you figure out which one is suitable for you. "I recommend this book because it will help me overcome my stress, anxiety, and depression. It changed my perception of hypnosis, it listed all the benefits I can get and taught me how to hypnotize myself. Beneficial ideas contained
"We've been dealing with a family emergency, and it has been truly amazing how calming these affirmations are for me, even in the middle of much sadness. Very good audiobook, it is excellent
It is great for sleeping and relaxing, it is ideal for relieving anxiety and tension, curing worries and reducing stress. It also contains hypnosis of sleep, overcome insomnia, guided meditations, deep relaxation, affirmations and positive thoughts. Hi, Out of desperation I tried this session.
"Hi, Out of desperation I tried this session. I used it each time I woke up during the night and again the next night. I just plugged in the headphones, started the player and went to sleep. very awesome!!! I liked the after effects of this hypnosis, which for me was a decreased appetite. It lasted more than 4 days before I had to listen to it again. It's lasted longer since then, which has helped me slim down."

Soothing and quiet
"after a riding accident where the helmet hit my skull I had a bad concussion, my day was night- and I slept I all day. I stayed awake and all night and night was day. i purchased 3 different hypnosis problems and they didnt work. This one had me asleep and rested in the morning. the voice was soothing and quiet and the story line was correct. The only one that worked. its a keeper."

Fantastic audiobook for all of us
This audio book is helpful for feeling relaxed before sleeping, if you are relaxed before sleeping, you usually get a good long sleep, guided meditations is always a good way to get to sleep. Loved this book and found it very informative. Really fantastic! This is really amazing for teaching a way for people to relieve some of their anxiety. It's a nice way to fall asleep fast and stay sleeping the whole night. Fantastic audiobook for all of us.
