Amazing and totally insightful!

I am a nurse if more than 24 years in the critical care sector and these hacks are absolutely health based! I have seen this in BC action! Amazing 🙏

Brain Fog

Thanks Jessie,
Fabulous insights delivered in an enthusiastic way yet very objective in the facts put forward.
The Hacks you offer are very doable and my water now has an Apple Cider Vinegar and I start meals with greens.
I’ve also thrown out foods that don’t come near meeting the back of pack nutrition data you referred to.
My mind and body both thank you.

Extremely helpful

I have been diagnosed with low blood sugar and found it very difficult to get get any information on diet. This book is amazing and enables you to help yourself to get well and enjoy your food.

Accessible & actionable science

As someone studying nutrition science I appreciate how Jessie explains quite metabolic processes and biochemistry in laymen’s terms while also citing the research - without losing the nuance that many such books are prone to do.

Also the hacks are very actionable for day to day life and can be integrated with relative ease . I also value that she isn’t advocating draconian methods or vilification of food groups. Thumbs up 👍🏼

Definitely will be implementing this advice

I really enjoyed the approach of this book. There’s a level of realism about the day to day challenges of eating in the modern world and the author is sympathetic to that and so gives you a toolbox of things you can combine at any point. This can be implemented by anyone at any stage of their personal improvement.
