A world of knowledge

I loved this book and I will definitely be using it as my go to book whilst on my fasting journey. The fact it came with with a pdf to refer to is really beneficial also. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs a complete guide to intermittent fasting for a variety of health reasons especially beginners.

So soooo useful

I am so grateful I came across this woman and her message. Thanks to her I know a lot more about my body and how I can bring it back into balance. He understanding is so profound and the information is delivered in a very accesibile way.

A complete guide of how to fast like a girl

I love this book and keep coming back to it every month. Im a pro faster but i never considered the impact on the hormones and menstrual cycle. After 5/6 years of 20/4 fasting my period was not the same and i was even thinking if i could be perimenopausal. Im 37.
After implementing it (no fast week was a nightmare) I saw immediate improvement in my period flow after the first month. Fasting is for life and i feel better than ever.
If you’re interested in weight loss, which i was when i started fasting years ago, fasting was
the only thing that worked for me and it felt easy. I lost more than 15kg since started, but i did it slowly. No more than 2/3kg each time cause i wanted to ensure every time i lost weight i would set a new baseline. Im 57kg now, look very lean and fit and i don’t workout. I only walk and i do it everyday. I have loads of energy, never feel tired or hungry. Sleep well and i feel and loom better than in my 20s. I recommend it to everyone.

I find this book super informative, but I am disappointed with no pdf for visuals, as Dr. mentions in her book.

such a helpful book and healing protocol!

As soon as I finished I ordered the written copy because I know I will revisit sections of this over and over again for myself and my clients as a naturopath :) brilliant!!

Best Fasting Book So Far

I've lost count of how many books I've bought on this topic and been so disappointed. This is the first book that that explains the what, why and when of fasting. To put the cherry on top it is done in simple terms that I think anyone can understand and work out what they need to do for their own individual needs. Very well narrated. 5 star review. Will be seeking more from this author.

Bl**dy brilliant! Thank you!

You will not regret buying this book.

Over the years I’ve looked in the fasting, bulletproof diet and keto diets etc.. combined with my strength training, but I have always felt that there’s something missing and have always felt a disassociation with fad diets as they’re so generic.

I’m so excited to start my fasting lifestyle, originally I thought it would be a great way to lose a few pounds, but now I realise that weight loss will be the by-product of a new, healthy, hopefully more bomb-proof me, both mentally and physically.

It’s not only validating as Dr Mindy explains exactly why we feel certain ways throughout our cycle, but she also explains exactly how to follow the fasting lifestyle to use what is to be believed as the female curse and turn it into our super power.
There’s a lot of information but it’s explained in a way that is really easy to understand, with literally step by step guides as to how to follow it.

Amazing book.. I’ve just listened to the audio book and can’t wait for my hard copy to arrive so I can start the fasting lifestyle properly.

Dr Mindy I want to thank you for your commitment to the study of so many aspects of health and for your generosity in sharing it with the world. I see how you personally reply to so many comments on social media which must be exhausting, but you are a woman on a mission. I hope to be a similar inspiration for my own community one day, for now I just need to get my head down and work hard.
