Useful advice
I liked that there is plenty of practical advice including example negotiation conversations. Personally, I think it would be useful for me to have a hard copy so I can easily refer back to these examples.

One of the most helpful and constructive books I have ever read
Here are many answers for the question 'Why are so many human interactions so hard and often disappointing'?
The principles are universally applicable for personal, professional and political life. The suggestions given aim to enable collaboratively finding genuine win-win solutions.
Some of the real life examples are a few decades old, but they nonetheless work as illustrations for what works and what doesn't and why - the principles are timeless.
A book for current times where constructive negotiating and genuine dialogue seem so often elusive.

Practice and logical advice!
This was very enjoyable and engaging to listen to. Lots of very practical advice that helped me to rationalize some of my own methods for negotiation in work.
