Great resource for fasters

It can be daunting to start fasting especially as a beginner. I like how this listen focuses on the needs of senior women. "Fifty, Fit, and Fierce" , what a GREAT book title! The cover made my mouth water when I first saw the thumbnail photo, so tons of appeal here before even listening, haha. Loved it!

I have been practicing intermittent fasting for quite some time and have found this to be the best method of managing my weight without traditional dieting. I really enjoyed this book as it provided easy and clear steps to follow to ensure success, and also (in my case) to reboot my motivation and get me back on track with regards to what I choose to eat.
