Good narration if a touch disaffected at times. Solid strategies and guidance of how to execute on them and why. Enjoyed it overall and found it a good use of my time. Bought the hard copy for notes

interesting insights for sales people
just started listening to more recent books on the sales process and it's quite interesting to understand the nature of competitive displacement and being one up good book
