But a worthy companion with even more examples of how to apply then Blackswan method. The last few chapters have the most utility.

Dire.
This is the worst book that I ever got on Audible. I really enjoyed Chris Voss' "Never split the difference" and many suggested that it was a good companion to it. It just isn't in my opinion.
I failed to see a story line. To me, this book was just a collection of unrelated banal stories, badly told and not going in any particular direction. I was expecting to get some concrete examples of words to use and not to use like in Voss' book, and I gave up after chapter 4, not getting any. I found the narration awful; the narrator stops in the middle of sentences (eg. "The Tokyo olympic (pause) games". After a while, it just became too painful to listen to. There are many reviews on Amazon that say that the book needs to be more polished and it does. It sounds like drivel after a while. It was a really bad experience and huge disappointment to me.
