Chp 4 was a hit!

We reworked our diet 10 years ago (family of 7) and my husband has been back sliding and bring all sorts of junk into the house. We listened to this book while driving home from a conference and chp 4 blew him away. "Sugary and Processed Foods" was an eye opener for him. I think just coming from a totally independent source really helped. Also, how the book progressed was brilliant - starting with energy and moving to explaining digestion was fantastic, then we were ready to heard about how bad store food is. The good news is that we really can eat healthy on a reasonable budget. Thanks for getting my husband back to a real understanding of food!!

I especially appreciated the chapter on creating your own food guide. Food is fuel

The food you put into your body helps it run like a machine. The biggest lightbulb moment was that if you put the wrong types or amounts of food into your body each day, it can have a negative impact on your energy levels and also your sleep. Nutrition is so important to understand and this audiobook helped me to realise the importance of having the correct balance of food types on your plate.
