Great and relatively short book on how to best change your eating habits. It gives you the recipe for a better life, but you will have to do the cooking. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking to feel and look better.

Back to basics, just as it should be
This book really hits the mark when it comes to explaining exactly what happens to our food, good and bad and how that makes us feel. Really easy to understand and implement in my own life. It made perfect sense. Enjoyed Nick Jermyn's narration too. Thanks

Fantastic
A great listen, easy to understand, but in depth enough to give you a really good foundation for change. I have this and Alcohol Explained, both great sources of knowledge and inspiration. Looking forward to my journey.
