It really works
This book has definitely helped me fall asleep during anxiety racked sleepless nights, it is not flawless and sometimes it still takes a while but i get there in the end

Great nights sleep
I absolutely love this book. The first night I listened to it I fell fast asleep. The narrator's voice is amazingly calming. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone that suffers from insomnia like me.

I listen to Chapter 4 only. It's great. The narration does go too fast, so at .65 is ideal.

PTSD helper required
Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with PTSD. I was desperate and near suicidal with mental pain. Through friend, faith and professional help I calmed down quickly but still did not sleep well and in desperation went against everything that my church had told me about allowing someone else into your mind, I purchased this Deep Sleep Meditation. What a change, how could someone just talking to you so gently have such a profound life changing affect. I don’t know how it works or care at this time. I’m just grateful for how much better I feel and would recommend it to anyone.

Terrible
Can't understand how somepne telling you not to think about this bad thing or that bad thing is relaxing!! Puts negative thoughts into the mind. Absolutely terrible. Is this person qualified at all?

Disturbing
Delivery and tone is very off - not a real voice it sounds synthesised. Disturbing. Gave me nightmares. Advice to others sample before buying - listen to the sample. I wish I had. Removed from library.
