Great Book! Informative and Easy to Follow!

I'm always interested in finding great resources for my aging parents and grandparents! This resource is great and will definitely be up their alley. Helped my mom!

Most complete resource for all of us

I am very impressed with the amount of exercise and the approaches. These are easily adopted and are a great resource to any of us, not just seniors. Including nutrition, journaling, and exercises like yoga and tai chi gives the reader a lot of variety in finding what works for them. As we know, finding something to enjoy will keep us motivated. Highly recommend.
