Very easy and fast to listen.
Great book. Opened my eyes to viewing our actions from an evolutionary perspective. To be honest I have minimal anxiety but a keen interest in how it works. I recommend this to anyone that wants a brief insight to what motivates us. I wish I would have read this book years ago! This book helped me have a much better understanding of panic and anxiety disorders This is a great book! Even if you don't think you don't suffer from anxiety it gives great coping skills for multiple life situations. I recommended this book. Excellent book.

Best book to give as a gift.
Very informational book it actually opened my eyes I found out a lot of something I was never aware of in regard to the one major cause of the anxiety in a modern society and its natural treatment. I love the Authors style of being honest and vulnerable in his writings! His stories draw you in, are so relatable! The book serves as a practical assist with life’s challenges and allowing you to love yourself. his book is great for self discovery. Four stars only because I was hoping to learn a skill set to combat anxiety but have found this is more of a book to learn about myself. I do enjoy it and have partnered it with professional help. This book gives you step by step instructions which are very useful, explains things in a very clear and gentle way, and also helps out with visual cues. I think this is a great book for those trying to overcome their anxiety.

Best book for Anxiety!!
This was quite a well written introduction to investing. There were several different types of investing discussed but not so many as to be overwhelming to a beginner. I like the clickable table of contents so I can easily skip back to the parts I want to listen. and From this book you will find out about how to build up the correct mentality of a trader,what division pivot is and how to utilize it,what to do when you wind up in a phony out and considerably more. Very much designed and supportive. . I liked this book and I am glad to have it in my library. I highly recommend this book for those who need the information about the investing. It is worth listen.

Good Information for beginners.
I have suffered from social anxiety since childhood. I tend to stay to myself as much as possible and avoid social settings. My husband is a very social person and has a job that requires him to attend different events. I try to support him but always find myself with nothing to say to these people and I always try to hide in a corner, or make an excuse to leave. This book give some great tips on being prepared for situations like these. While I am not someone who suffers from a social anxiety disorder, I do have friends who do. I think this book helps me more clearly understand how it happens and the things that could be done to help the situation.

Really valuable!!
This book does an excellent job laying out the root causes of social anxiety and providing practical strategies to address it and improve confidence in social situations. This book is a great resource for strategies to increase confidence in work, public and socisl situations. There are a number of assessments to determine your status and exercises to overcome the social anxiety. There is one try of room to write responses to the exercises. I like so much . excellent book for everyone. i recommended this book.

Anxiety is something that affects people of all walks of life. This book is a view into the lives of those people and what it is like to struggle with this disease. Anxiety is a disease that takes control of your life causing undeniable fear and panic when events occur in your life that trigger anxiety. There are medications that can help control this disease and this book is a good guide into the basics of anxiety, what it is, how it affects people, There are numerous options for those that suffer from this disorder and this book gives you these options with the pros and cons so that a reader can decide what is best for them.

Informative book
it is a very good book.i love it very much.the stylus of this book is very easy and interesting.i wish it become very popular and famous. special thanks to its writer.Everything written in this book makes sense, definitely a good listen! I totally like this book. I want to overcome anxiety that's why when i saw this book i grabbed it immediately. I've learned a lot from this book and it really helped me. This guide is very detailed and very informative. I highly recommend this book. It helps you rationalize and think-through your anxious thoughts and find ways to tolerate the anxiety. The exercises can be a little overwhelming at times, but they do help you think differently about anxiety.

Easy listen with helpful tips
Anxiety or not this book is worth the read. I read this and as I went along it made me see myself and how I can improve the person I am. Well worth to spend a couple of hours (and dollars) on yourself with the help of this insightful book. This book is very helpful, very easy to read. I appreciate the writing style, feels like you are just having a conversation, makes it easy to follow. I’m sure this book will be a great help to many people! This is an honest, and insightful look at anxiety. It is written in a warm and casual style reminiscent of a conversation one would have with a friend, but don't let that fool you; i like this. excellent book,

Great for anyone who deals with anxiety.
This is a good workbook if you have anxiety, or if you're a professional mental health worker. I am both. I am a mental health therapist who has also suffered from panic disorder. This book was recommended to me by my therapist and I can see why. Its been helping me tremendously with my anxiety and panic attacks. It's such a great tool! Knowing why your brains works, the science behind it and a multitude of reasons is helpful when you are feeling a kind of way. I have lost my copy and with some stress in my life have some more anxiety creeping up so this is my second copy. Thanks for an awesome book!

Clear, concise, and incredibly interesting!!!
This book helped me so much! I knew about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before reading it, but didn’t know how to implement it as part of my life. It was written in a clear and concise way that was easy for the average person to understand. I also really enjoyed the step by step exercises to help deal with intrusive thoughts. I really like this book and the suggestions it gives in helping you to change your mindset. I suffer from severe anxiety and reading this has given me a few different ideas and techniques in helping me to identify my obstacles, take better control of my thoughts.
