Great advice and techniques!

I'm impressed with this book covers most of the info about panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. Once in our lifetime, I'm sure we might come across a situation that is hard to deal with, so depression & anxiety are something that we don't know when they will happen to us. It's a great idea to learn and identify and then you know once it happens to you. I love the advice and techniques in this book,

Did not like US bias. Useful to pick up more tips & potential habits. Be cautious over chapters referring to suicide.

Take charge of your life again!

The perfect book for dealing with anxiety, depression and panic attacks. I have a few family members struggling with their mental health which is my reason for getting this book. It takes you through the essentials such as how to identify your triggers, how to manage your panic attacks, and how to train your mind and calm your anxiety. I totally enjoyed the analogy of depression and how not doing anything to help yourself is dangerous in the long run. This is the ultimate guide you need to get yourself or your loved ones back on track before it is too late. Definitely recommended!

Life doesn't have to suck

I loved this book! Knowing many people who either experienced or experience some level of anxiety and depression and having gone through it myself I could definitely relate to the author and also appreciated the candor in sharing his personal story.

This book is a fantastic resource for anyone going through it, and I will definitely share it with loved ones as I know it will help them also. Highly recommend!

Great guide!

Well-written and enjoyable narrator. As someone who has always struggled with bouts of depression and has experienced crippling anxiety, I appreciate this audiobook. The author provides many remedies to cope and a great deal of information on these issues that so many people deal with. I Highly recommend it!

How to start living!

Depression, Anxiety, and panic attacks occur more often than it needs to. The feeling is unbearable, and often you feel empty inside, like you’re not living. This audiobook explains what is happening and what I’m going through and provides ways to improve myself and start living again by knowing what triggers me and how to handle myself if another panic attack arises.

A confidence builder.

This is a nice listen if you’re looking for a different way to deal with anxiety and depression. This audio goes into details about how you think about messing up in your head over and over, scientific explanation of doing activities that helps eliminate anxiety, and how you’re digging yourself a whole by not doing anything but worry about something that you may forget in the future.

I would not pass this book! Definitely worth it!

5 star audiobook

I’ve been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks most of my adult life, so I was interested in finding out what this book teaches about it. The book explains various causes for anxiety and goes into depth on how to overcome it. I like the simplicity of explaining what anxiety is and steps to overcome it.
