Very Helpful and Valuable Listen

This audiobook is one of the most helpful audiobooks when it comes to what triggers parents anger. It also talks and works thought on what effective anger management is and how to work through it. I like how the audiobook explains the positive and negative effects of anger. It even talks about the different types of anger and how can parents prioritize and to manage their anger in a healthy way with kids. Overall it's clear, direct and an easy to listen and it's for people that need this information (especially parents trying to build and have a healthy relationship with kids).

Brilliant anger management book!

Dealing with life can be difficult and stressful but even more so when you have the added stress of being a parent. I have seen first hand at how parents can take out their every day stresses on their kids and how kids know which buttons to press! This audiobook is loaded with so much information that will help you understand how and why we get triggered and become stressed. It also show us how to change our behaviours and become more positive parents so we learn to communicate with children and teenagers in a far more calm, rational and confident way.

Even after reading this once, I feel so much more in control of my emotions so this can only be a positive thing moving forward. Great book!

Great Parenting Tips

As a parent, it can be difficult to manage emotions and relationships with our children, but this book provides fail-proof strategies to do just that.

The author offers practical advice for recognizing triggers, controlling reactions, and communicating effectively with our kids. The book also delves into the root causes of anger and how to address them in a healthy way.

I appreciated the sensitivity with which the author approached the topic, recognizing that parents may be coming from a place of stress, anxiety, or trauma. The narration was clear and engaging, making it easy to follow along and implement the strategies in real-life situations.

Very Informative!

A really well-written book, a best guide for parents to learn how to control themselves especially at time when everything can get mixed up with their kids and work around them. The perfect book for managing emotions and connections with kids. Best chapters explain how someone gets triggered and just suddenly burst anger into kids and how you will manage a shocking reaction. This is very helpful to many not just for parents but yeah, overall good content.
