Kaizen Androck is a teacher, biohacker, fitness fanatic, writer, and life coach living in Toronto. He has an avid interest in psychology and has been independently learning about psychological concepts for over 15 years. He is a polymath who is also fascinated with martial arts and physical training. His consulting practice delivers self-programming protocols designed to enable high achievement and individual empowerment. Kaizen has graduate degrees in computer engineering and business administration where he was introduced to business psychology. This sparked a lifelong interest in the study of the mind and Kaizen continued expanding his understanding after completing his Master's in Business Administration. Since then, he has spent over a decade studying various aspects of psychology and enjoys keeping up with recent scientific literature. After many years of corporate work, Kaizen chose to become a teacher. He currently teaches psychology, English, logic, etc to high school students and adults. He also provides consulting services as a life-performance coach specializing in phronesis acquisition. Phronesis means Practical Wisdom. Kaizen focuses his new writing career on empowering his patrons to self-program their mind and thereby cultivate behavioral patterns that have been tested and proven to provide massive positive outcomes and triumphs. Kaizen hopes to help people by quickly delivering phronetic knowledge he has acquired over decades of study. He is dedicated to sharing all the profound knowledge he has procured to help make people’s lives easier and better.
