Joe was born and raised in Miami FL. He played Defensive back at Florida State University from 1980 - 1984 and earn his BS in Marketing! His Senior season he was named Special Teams player of the year in several publications. He currently holds 2 NCAA records for the most blocked kicks in a game and TD's Scored off Blocked Kicks in a game. He coached Defense and Special teams for 13 years in college and the NFL. (LSU, Notre Dame, Bengals, Eagles) He has been in the banking business since1998 and is presently the Nat'l Sales Manager for Raymond James Bank. He is married with 2 grown children and resides in Tampa FL!
