Most commonly known by his Twitter handle, TechnicallyRon, Gillies has written on the subject of mental health for various magazines and blogs. He talks to us about identifying anxiety and what can really help when living with it, the role that humour plays in his own mental health and what the experience of recording the audiobook was like.
