Cid, a seasoned city guard for the past 20 years, has traded in his sword for a fishing rod and a peaceful life as a farmer in the charming and cozy village of Haven. Surrounded by former battlemages and their families, Cid finds himself drawn into the local community's struggles and triumphs, including the occasional misuse of magic and a wee bit of revelry.

For the last 20 years, Cid has served the realm as a city guard. One thing has driven him forward. A suggestion by a friend. His eventual pension and what he plans to do with it. A purchase. Specifically in the village of Haven and the plot of land reserved by the Kingdom.

They called him Sven, the Shatterfist. One of a group of heroes who fought the Demon Lord Mannon. He's finally returned home. But for Sven, after returning from abroad, life isn't what it used to be. Adventuring isn't what it used to be. Things have changed. Something is different. The obvious next step? Retire. Settle down. Start his own tavern. Drink with magic girls. Maybe not in that order.

They called him Sven, the Shatterfist. At least they used to. Back before the war with the Dark Lord. He was an S Ranked Adventurer. A man who grew up poor. Now he owns the Adventurer's Rest. A tavern he runs with his two companions. The magic girl Ash and the half elf bartender Lloyd. They're not quite the family he was born into, but they're the family he's found. In a world that's moved on, they'll help him find what he's lost. Himself.

They called him Sven, the Shatterfist. And they will again. An S-Ranked Adventurer who lost his way. His journey will take him far and wide. Back to the places he used to know. He's not alone. Friends, comrades. Ash. Memories found and memories gained. Answers give rise to other questions. The Shatterfist moves on.

Cid is starting to settle in. New friends. New adventures. The new farm. It's a good life and he's thankful for it. Thankfulness comes in many forms. For Cid, it'll be blueberry. As a cobbler taster at the Spring Festival of Renewal.

A lot has changed for Cid. A lot has happened. He has friends. A new home. A new family. Things lost and things gained. Precious things. But the best is yet to come.

Jetzt gehört ihm das Adventurer's Rest. Eine Taverne, die er mit seinen zwei Gefährten betreibt. Das Zauberermädchen Ash und der Halbelf-Barkeeper Lloyd. Sie sind nicht ganz die Familie, in die er hineingeboren wurde, aber sie sind die Familie, die er gefunden hat. In einer Welt, die sich weitergedreht hat, helfen sie ihm, das zu finden, was er verloren hat. Sich selbst.

Abenteurer sterben nie, sie verblassen nur. Sie nannten ihn Sven, die Splitterfaust. Er gehörte zu einer Gruppe von Helden, die den Dämonenfürsten Mannon bekämpften.
