As I am experiencing an overwhelming week this book was perfect for helping me to get focused. One of the special things this book does that other I have listened to is address the impulse spending issues. I appreciate the tips for getting the spending under control and the tips for saving. I also appreciate the PDF include for the reference information

I've known and witnessed a few people I know who has some form of ADHD. It can be challenging but with proper guidance, it can be dealt with. And this book is a great guide which can definitely help you focus on important things in your life when you're struggling with ADHD.
