Awesome beginner's audiobook on boxing!

Sage boxing wisdom

Anyone getting into boxing knows that reducing mistakes is just as important as landing strikes. The author does a great job of laying the groundwork for the most common mistakes made by beginners, and what habits/practices to follow to avoid them altogether. This foundation thus far has provided a solid base for building skills on top of. and I look forward to seeing more from this author.

Improve in the ring

This audiobook could really almost replace a personal trainer. The author is very experienced when it comes to boxing and he is able to tell you what you are doing wrong without even needing to see you. If you are trying to up your boxing game this audiobook id a must to listen to!
