AN INFORMATIVE GUIDE!!

This is an insightful resource to get a better hold on your mood swings. The author has explained the four hormone types that help us uplift mood. Perfect!

Great book

We can all do with more of the happy hormones. This book does a great job of teaching you how to increase the 4 happy hormones for a healthier state of mind and happier life. The advice talks about the natural ways you can boost these hormones which I really liked as I like to keep things as natural as possible. Great book!
